Step 1: we run a consult, in which you fill out my questionnaire. This will allow me to understand everything you are doing currently and your goals, timeframes and potential food allergies, injuries or anything we need to work around in the plans.
Step 2: I tailor your training, diet , cardio and supplement plans, based on the Questionnaire you gave me.
Step 3: you are given access to the client area, this is a unique way in which I handle my clients, where all our conversations are stored. Progress pictures are saved, and where you check in each week with me.
Step 4: you log in, each week to the client area, update me in your week, I make the needed changes for the following week.
Step 5: we get you awesome results. My time is non-refundable, therefore once you have purchased a plan and I have tailored it to your needs, I have spent my time to do so, I charge in the same way anyone else does in that time spent equals payment, therefore I cannot offer any refunds once my time has been spent making your plans, regardless of your circumstance change.

One-off tailored training and nutrition consult: this consists of an initial consult in which a training and diet plan is devised around your needs and goals. this plan can be suited to any goal, sport or discipline.
Follow Up Consult
A follow up consult: if you have previously purchased a one-off plan, a review and adjustment can be made at any time. this is often when progress stalls and changes need to be made to the original plan.
1 Month with Weekly Check-Ins
After the initial consult has been made, and the diet and training plans tailored to your needs, you are entered into my client area which allows me to track your progress. the plan allows you to check in weekly in which I review your progress across the week and make the necessary changes. this plan can be applied to any goal, fat loss, muscle gain or sports related.
